By downloading or using Gramaj you agree to these terms. If you do not

agree, please do not use the app.

What Gramaj is

Gramaj is a calorie and nutrition tracker. You photograph a meal, search a

food database or scan a barcode, and the app estimates what you ate.

Gramaj is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or

prevent any disease. The targets it shows are general estimates

calculated from the height, weight, age and activity level you enter,

using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation; nutrition values come from the USDA

FoodData Central database. This is not medical advice. Talk to your

doctor or a dietitian before changing how you eat.

Estimates are approximate. Recognition from a photo and portion

estimation are approximate, and a confidence score is not a guarantee of

accuracy. Check the numbers before you rely on them.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have diabetes, insulin

resistance, kidney or liver disease, or a history of an eating disorder,

consult a physician before using these targets.

Your account

The app creates an anonymous identifier for you automatically. You may

also sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the device and

the account you use.

Do not use the app to break the law, to attack or overload our servers,

or to extract our data in bulk. We may suspend access that does any of

these.

Subscriptions

Gramaj offers an optional Gramaj Pro subscription. The free version

includes a limited number of photo scans; manual entry, search and

barcode lookup remain available without a subscription.

• Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account, not by

us. Payment is charged on confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off

auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your

account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

• Managing and cancelling: go to your App Store account settings. You

can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of

the paid period.

• Free trial: if a trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited

when you buy a subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue

App Store refunds ourselves, but write to us and we will help where we

can.

• Price changes are announced in advance; you may cancel before a new

price takes effect.

Your content

The photos and entries you create are yours. We do not claim ownership.

We process a photo only to recognise the food in it, and we do not store

it on our server — see the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The app, its design, texts and code belong to HD Yapımcılık. Nutrition

data comes from USDA FoodData Central (public domain) and from Open Food

Facts, which is published under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be

uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If a change

materially affects you, we will say so in the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HD Yapımcılık is not liable for indirect

or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions

you make based on its estimates. Nothing here limits liability that

cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The

courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory

consumer rights you have where you live.
